-Landscaping Crew Members and Team Leaders

We are seeking experienced landscapers as well as landscaping team leaders to create beautiful and functional environments at residential and commercial properties.

Duties include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Mowing, trimming, and removing weeds;
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees;
• Spreading pine straw, mulch, and stone;
• Installing irrigation systems

We are seeking landscapers for the following areas: 

• Holly Ridge
• Sneads Ferry
• Hampstead
• Surf City
• Topsail Island
• Jacksonville

Salary: $12 – $20 per hour, depending on experience;

Multiple positions available

-Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced full-time Excavator Operator for the Hampstead and Topsail Island Area who is familiar with the John Deere 130G, 30,000 lb machine as well as the 210 Hitachi. Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and well-versed in safety related to heavy machinery and worksite conditions as well as have 10 years of experience in land clearing and similar tasks and a clean driving record. 

Duties include, but aren’t limited to: 

• Clearing land and lots
• Digging ponds and ditches
• Loading trucks
• Caring for equipment, including checking fluids and performing preventative maintenance

Salary: Dependent on experience. Position includes a company truck upon receiving a clean driving record.
